Shipping Fee

We offer flat-rate shipping for $5.50 on all orders.

Processing & Shipping Time

Once your order has been placed, please allow 5-7 business days for processing & delivery, not including the day the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery timeframe, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
