Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.


Exchanges Only


We only accept exchanges if the item received is:

  • Damaged, or
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)


To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of issue (photos or videos) is required


Once approved, the item must be returned before an exchange is issued.


Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

 

  • Items that have been worn, installed, cut, colored, or altered in any way
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Incorrect selections made by the customer (length, texture, color, etc.)


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the error was made on our end.
